With twenty-five years of professional experience, Dr. Scott realized one salient fact: For Blacks to survive and thrive, our education system needs to change. Dr. Scott recognized that if she wanted to see that change, she'd have to be the change she wanted to see. With this in mind, Dr. Scott established Game Changers Consulting LLC in 2020.
Victoria 'Vicky' C. Flack

Vicky brings 13 years of teaching experience to Game Changers, LLC. Vicky is certified to teach ESL (English as a Second Language), Special Education, Elementary Education, and Reading Education.She founded Solutions 4 Learning: An Educational Consulting Firm that tutors children and adults in various subjects. Vicky is also the founder of Events By Vic, a wedding and event planning company in Philadelphia, PA.
Jason 'Mr. Jay' Lockhart
Education: B.A Journalism & Media Studies, Rutgers University
Jason has over 12 years of experience working in both public and charter schools. Jason holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University where he developed an expertise in researching and gathering facts on issues affecting urban communities. His education and experience renders him a versatile member of Game Changers Consulting. Jason's main goal for ‘Adulting 101’ courses is to ensure that all students become empowered to succeed on their own two feet as mature and productive adults.
Dr. Breanna 'Bree' Ockimey

Dr. Bree has worked in human resources management for the past ten years. Given her background and desire to empower, Dr. Bee brings a wealth of employability skills and knowledge to Game Changers. Her engaging Adulting 101 workshops focus on the skills needed to prepare for and succeed in today's competitive job market including how to craft a awesome career portfolio as well career coaching, training, and development.
Dr. Casey Crass

Dr. Crass has over a decade of experience teaching at the secondary and post-secondary levels. Specializing in diversity education and financial literacy, Dr. Crass brings a unique combination of experience as an educator and researcher to Game Changers, LLC. She is an accomplished visionary with a solid history of providing insight and direction for a range of diverse learners. Dr. Crass specializes in supporting and empowering LGBTQA+ individuals.
Dr. Robert Lay

Dr. Lay a motivational speaker, personal trainer, published author, poet, a brother of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated and
most importantly, a man of God. Dr. Lay's goal is to empower through research collaborations with his esteemed colleagues at Game Changers Consulting.
